Refund Policy for Saved By Grace

Effective Date: June 14, 2025

1. Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return you must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

4. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@sbgapparel.com

5. Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: 1270 Avenue of the Americas 7th Floor #1049 New York NY 10020. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
